Self-Guided Visit

Standard Admission 14 € per person

• Visitors who do not qualify for the reduced or Free Admission.

Reduced Admission 7 € per person

• Citizens between 5 and 16 years old. Proof of identity card or passport from 14 to 16 years of age.
• Over 65 years of age
• Students up to the age of 25 with a valid national or international student ID card.
• Students with a valid student ID card.

Free Admission 0 € per person

• Children under 5

• 18 May, International Museum Day (except closing days)

• 12 October, Spanish National Holiday, regardless of nationality
• Members of large families in accordance with articles 2 and 3 of Law 40/2003, of 18 November, on the Protection of Large Families and Royal Decree 1621/2005, of 30 December, which implements the aforementioned law.
• Members of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).
• Official Tourist Guides with an Official Tourist Guide card, carrying out their professional activity, or when they apply for entry in order to prepare their work
• Active teaching staff with a teaching card
• People with disabilities with accreditation
• Persons in a legal situation of unemployment who can prove this circumstance by means of a Jobseeker's Card or equivalent document, issued by the competent body.
• From Monday to Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., free admission for citizens of the European Union, residents and work permit holders in this area and Latin American citizens, with proof of nationality (national identity card, passport or driving licence) or residence or work permit. The offer of free admission is limited to free visits. Guided groups will not be allowed to visit during these hours. These tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office
• Free admission for people with disabilities: Free admission is available for people with a disability of 33% or more. In addition, the person accompanying the disabled person may also enter the museums free of charge, provided that this person is essential for the visit and that this circumstance is stated on the disability card or resolution issued for this purpose. Only people with disabilities and their accredited companion may purchase free tickets online without having to buy a paid ticket. Royal Palace and Royal Collections Gallery

Combined Visit

These tickets will be available on the Royal Palace of Madrid website.

Royal Collections Gallery + Temporary Expo (does not include entrance to the Palace, only for the exhibition)

The date selected will be the date for the visit to both sites and the visit to the exhibition cannot be used during the free opening hours of the palace from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. The entrance will be through El Arco de Santiago in the Palace.

Group Visits

For all groups: The use of the group guide system is compulsory for group guided tours except for children under 8 years of age.

Cultural Groups

Purchase tickets for cultural associations, institutions, foundations and post-graduate schools of fine arts.

Educational establishments, if they arrange the visit through a travel agency, will not be entitled to a reduction or free admission, except for pupils under 5 years of age.

Groups will consist of a minimum of 9 people and a maximum of 20 + the teacher. The teacher accredited by the cultural group he/she is accompanying will be able to take the guided tour.
