New Palace admission fees apply due to changes in the visit route caused by improvement works in the coming months.

Self-Guided Visit

Basic Ticket: 5 € per person

• Visitors not eligible for reduced or free tickets.

Reduced Ticket: 2 € per person

• Children 5–16 years old. Accreditation via ID card or passport (14–16 years).
• Persons over 65 years old.
• Students up to 25 years old with valid national or international student card.

Free Ticket: 0 € per person

If your reservation is exclusively for free tickets, they must be collected at the ticket office.

• October 12, National Holiday of Spain, regardless of nationality
• Members of large families according to Law 40/2003 and Royal Decree 1621/2005
• Members of ICOM and ICOMOS
• Official Tourist Guides performing professional activities or preparing work

• Persons in legal unemployment situation, with Employment Demand Card or equivalent
• Wednesdays and Sundays 15:00–19:00 (until 18:00 from October to March): free admission for EU citizens, residents, work permit holders in that territory, and Latin American citizens, with valid accreditation. Only at ticket office.

Free admission for persons with disability: Persons with a disability of 33% or higher receive free admission. Additionally, one accompanying person may also enter free, provided that the companion is essential for the visit and this is indicated on the disability card or resolution. People with disabilities and their accredited companions can obtain free tickets directly at the ticket office or contact this form to obtain them online. In all cases, documentation proving the disability and the need for a companion must be presented at the ticket office on the day of the visit for validation by staff.

Guided Visit

• Online purchased guided tours are all in Spanish
• Option to add a Spanish guided tour with a supplement of 6 € per person
• Arrive at the ticket office 10 minutes before the scheduled time

Booking fee 10 € for management. Includes 2nd Cycle Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, Sixth Form, Vocational, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate.

Available in two formats:

• Rental audio guide: Collect at ticket office.
  • Pick up from GVAM service counter after access control
  • Rental valid only for the selected visit day
